The Ten Most Obnoxiously Overquoted Movies
http://quigs.blogspot.com...ly-overquoted-movies.html
Quote
Nothing makes a great movie suck like people quoting it day in and day out for months at a time. It's the go-to route used by individuals who aren't clever enough to come up with their own material, made worse by them thinking (thanks to the select few that laughed at their referencing) they've suddenly become the most hilarious stand-up comedian since George Carlin. Hey dip*feces* - they were laughing at the actual line, not your "sensational" joke-telling abilities. In fact, you probably butchered it. It was a sympathy laugh. They all secretly hate you. You're considered one big *goshdarn* joke. Even your psychiatrist thinks you should kill yourself. Also, your wife/girlfriend/hand is cheating on you.

And all because you wouldn't stop quoting movies like these...

LOL!  That's awesome.

This could have been pretty much titled, "An open letter to that movie quoting guy in spacey's office." Maybe I'll send it to him.

I know what you're thinking. "Did he gripe about six films or only five?"  Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself.

There are two kinds of people in this world - those with movie quotes, and those who dig.  You dig.

You keep using that movie quote. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Don't be too proud of this cinematographic terror you've constructed; the ability to quote a movie line is insignificant next to the power of the Force.

Don't try to frighten us with your shyster's ways, Clive. Your sad devotion to that ancient sci-fi film didn't allow you to conjure up a fresh movie quote.
