Serious question

I can't remember the number of times I've looked in my daughters eyes and said,

"If you are even thinking about copulating, I want you to start carrying condoms in your purse and get on the pill."

She'll say, "Oh, Daddy, I'm not doing that stuff..."

Then I'll say, "One will prevent you from getting pregnant, and the other will stop you from dying."

Then she'll say, "Oh, Daddy, it's not like that...."

In the end, one can only hope the message eventually sinks in......
