Depends how bad these property tax increases hit me.  I have some raw land that they just decided is worth four times what it was last year.
I have yet to see exactly how badly Davis County is going to ding me (I'm sure they sent me a notice that I failed to read) but I doubt it's going to be pretty. Another money grab by the liberals in charge.

Davis Co. was bad enough.  They bumped my house by $50K although I'm contesting it.  We have a recent appraisal and that's almost 100% certain to be accepted.

The raw land is in Weber Co.  Granted, we've been paying taxes on undervalued assessments but they literally quadrupled the value of the land in one year.  Unreal.

Our property taxes (assessment values anyway) in MO went up under a 'conservative' money grab  Shocked.  Seems money is money to all  Devil

I guess the subtlety of my joke was lost on anyone who doesn't live here. Davis County is a lot of things, but "liberal" it ain't.

despite currently having a 5-6x edge in players in households,  blowray has averaged only a 2x sales edge this year (and a 1.5x edge cumulatively since release)
pretty consistently shown by amazon all year as well

the big toshiba/ xbox add on sale  shows that bluray owners simply don't buy as many movies, even when they are on a great sale.  hopefully the br exclusive studios are paying attention.
 Cool  attach rate does matter!
