I just watched it, cheers.

 Cheers

The guy was driving (as Burz said), the reporter guy said so at family brunch, asked her if she was angry at her husband, he was driving etc.

I think the kid just fixes stuff, early episode on he was making all kinds of electronic stuff.  He knows how it works and can control it to do what he wants.  I think he has known about what his parents (can) do for a fairly long time, so I don't get him.  His backstory needs fleshing out.

That Vegas mobster guy seems to be 'extra lucky' in being connected in ways to the heroes.  The brothers, crazy white chick (that he got to shag the guy) and her family, Hiro in the casino and he bought the 'missing' Isaac painting?  More to come, because it's not making sense now.

Reading minds guy is a bit limp.  At least now maybe he can get on with his new role/life.

Geiger man just seemed to be a crappy red herring, stuff we had no knowledge or interest in last week.  Easy way of extending plot episodes, devoting half a show each week to a newbie.  Can massively increase the run of the series when only 5 minutes is devoted to the overall picture of why? each week.

Reminds me of The 4400 show when it settled into the formula of one new ability guy a week that would often be killed or never seen again.  Meh.

radiation man will be at least one more episode, a 'preview' a few weeks ago showed him boiling water

here's an idea (albeit farfetched)...   lindeman = bennet?
 Shocked

here's a more likely idea...
lindeman employs  bennet

I didn't recognise him as the boiling water glass guy, he's definitely in again then.

I thought that they might be the same person but then when the reporter said he was a reputed mobster the low profile suburban dad with cheerleader daughter gets (even more) strained.

There must be a lot more connections, a prequel show sounds good, lots of ends that can be tied up.  The adoption and why the people get their talents/curse/ability/realisation at different ages/stages and how they can be tracked on that bigazz map and stuff in particular.  As it is now it seems that within a few months they have all kicked in, from different places in the world.  Well, USA and one guy from Japan, at least  Grin

I think they are trying to make sure they don't make Lost over again though.  A good full backstory show could avoid that and I'm looking forward to that one.

There might be one big (Govt?) spoon stirring the pot.

Is it Nov 27 yet?

Looks like they laid some groundwork for the prequel episode -- Hiro going back in time to save the waitress.  (Hmm, 'save the waitress, save the world' doesn't quite have the same ring to it  Grin )

Any new far-fetched theories this week?

(I'm thinking that they will have to bring back the little girl from the mind-reading cop's murder scene as a new hero.  After all, if her dad was killed by Skylar, then he was a hero, so she's one too?)

Sylar is really Kergan from Highlander and he gets his 'quickening' from brains instead of chopping whole heads off  Grin  Same deal with the experience perhaps.

The cheerleader adoption at least was explained, they killed the mum (accidentally, of course) and stole the kid as a puppy, sweeeeeeeeet.

That mac n cheese woman has the power to tell you to squat and how high etc., like the girl from The 4400 who was running around with the 'father of the 4400' same dynamic here, shocker.  Hi, here's a waitress hero, oops, she's dead.  I guess most story lines have already been done elsewhere so originality gets harder...

At least in this show we are wondering whether Hiro has got his stuff together to tell her not to come to work.  Of course, then Sylar will just dedome her at her house, since he had obviously sought her out.  Hiro will have to be careful how he handles it.

Another incredible coincidence that Hiro and Nikiluvboy were in the same restaurant (in Texas) as the other hero at any time, never mind actually at the time when Sylar whacked her.

Maybe that's another Highlander ripoff homage?

They get the pull for the quickening or the 'prize' so they keep getting drawn together.

It seems that Bennet and his boys are able to activate the genes that make them special, and they have a perversion for tats.

Still watching, for now.
