Surprising this early in the season - then again 'mutual consent' may mean it wasn't completely his choice.  Ownership is placing a LOT of pressure on getting the Champions League title.

Chelsea's problem is too much talent IMO - you never know who will be playing and where; its hard to develop any cohesion like that.
