Same deal as the taser guy, IMO.

Created a situation to bring attention to himself and some perceived flaw in the laws of the State Of Ohio, which is sad because there are probably people in Ohio that could have used the 10g's to fight legitimate incarcerations and such arising from flaws in the laws of the State Of Ohio...
