BTW, I don't consider that a major upset. Rutgers is tough and they were at home.

Who's left? Ohio St. will get beat in the regular season. They have the meat of their schedule staring them in the face.

Boston College?
Arizona St.?

Going to make it very interesting for the BCS this year.

i didnt get to see the game, but im not surprised.   here's to hoping the rest of them fall in the next few weeks.
15 1 loss teams fighting/bitching for 2 spots in the title game. should be a riot

Without seeing the spread I told my brother pregame (RU alum) that I'll take Rutgers and whatever the points are. SF played tough, but too many mistakes (allowed TWO fake kick passes, one for a long first down, and one for a TD) killed them.

As far as #2 teams falling to unranked teams goes, in my mind this is one of the least surprising upsets. Rutgers is better than their lack of a ranking would indicate, and I didn't believe that S. Florida was as good as their ranking.
