Pittsburgh - The state police are planning western Pennsylvania's largest-ever drunken driving checkpoint sometime between today and Nov. 3. Police say 90 troopers and other police will work the checkpoint somewhere on a major highway in Allegheny County. That's double the number of police at a regular checkpoint. Officials say they want to send a message about drinking before the holiday season.
