bear, elk, buffalo, deer, ostrich, squirrel, duck, goose, pheasant, grouse, "alligator".... Yum, yum!  But those are all cooked.

Definitely give sushi a try then.
You probably don't cook the fresh caught fish ALL the way, that'd be like cooking a really nice steak to well done.  Raw sushi is not much different than eating the inside part of a seared fish steak.

Besides, just the seaweed and rice is pretty tasty on its own  - you can always get veggie ones if you're feeling squeamish.

I've tried plenty varieties of sushi and just don't like it.  I'm kind of weird about having stuff expand in my mouth I guess.   Don't Know
