I lost 4 lbs this weekend.  Saturday was hell as about 2:00 central time I was stricken with a stomach bug.  So for the next 12 or so hours  Puke  Puke  Puke  Sick  Yield

Van got sick at the same time and the Mrs later that night.  WORST DAY EVAR!
