Cool link.  FWIW, I worked at McDonalds in High School, and Everything I saw on that site (US Conversion) is true.  Mc D.  Like it or not, is a very honorable, and "straight forward" orginization.  Also a very charitable one.  I still give to Ronald McDonald House when I can.

Admittadly they do alot of good things, like RMH, but they do a lot of things that they could do better..
