1) Had a Fran Tarkenton jersey I wore pretty regularly.
2) I always asked for #13 when I played sports - basketball, baseball, football. The thought at the time was something along the lines of "...bad luck for you that you're playing against me..." I was so intimidating, all 5'-9" 150-160 lbs. of wimp that I was.

My first year of football I was 99 then ever since I was 17. In soccer I was always 1 (goalie), right now I don't have a number.
Pro jerseys I don't thing I ever had one, wasn't much to root for in Buffalo when I grew up.

I owned a Fran Tarkenton jersey as a kid IIRC. This is the only jersey I have today. Or "sweater" to be proper.  Is that a Tretiak (sp) jersey? Cool. I have so many Shawn Springs (Seahawks), Jevon Kearse (Titans), Jerome Bettis (Steelers), Champ Bailey (Broncos), Ronaldhino (Brazil), Maradonna (Argentina), Jake Plummer (Cardinals), Michael Boulware (Seahawks), Randy Yawnson (Diamondbacks). |

It is Tretiak. I got it because we have an annual broomball game between the business unit and engineering groups at work. I played goalie a couple of years.
