I bought Karen 1 good kitchen knife.  Don't remember the brand off hand.  May be Calphalon.

Aargh, the Mrs. and I never did the knife-shopping that I mentioned in that other thread.  Priorities changed and new knives are now way down on the list.  Sad

The slide dealie, that moves the entire page up and down.  like you want to look back up at other posts, or all the way to the last one.  If you have a mouse with one of those wheels, whip 'er all the way to the bottom, 'til it stops.
