Don't know the temperature, but I've played in hail falling at 45°. The golf was bad, the beer was plentiful, the frostbite was imminent, and the course was empty giving ample opportunity for re-rounding. The dudes in the clubhouse hated our guts. Aside from them, a good time was had by all.
