Some people are not smart enough to code for multiple browsers. Wink

Dumb question: Why are some websites only viewable to IE?

Some designers want to take advantage of IE-only extensions.  It's lazy, weak and in some cases (i.e. govt. sites) against the law or bending it severely.  I won't spend two minutes trying to tweak my browser(s) to work with a site that fails or is limited in functionality due to my environment.  I just walk away.

One of many reasons (crappy service, surly staff, slow play are others) I won't play our local muni is their website is accessible in IE.  I will not install IE on my Mac. Devil
