Can't bump any of yours because I either agree or haven't seen them.  Do have some others to throw out there though.

Forgive if 2006 but I saw this year:

Deja Vu
Blood Diamond
The Good Shepherd

I suspect I haven't seen enough 2007 releases to compile a top 10. Superbad and Transformers were good, though.

Oh, and IMHO, Ratatoullie was entirely meh.  Fear

Surprisingly, I agree.  Maybe it was just the mood I was in when I watched it.  After Thanksgiving, and somewhat forced.

I just didn't wanted to say anything earlier, because I wanted some time to bask in Uisce's acceptance.

The only movie on your list I've seen was Black Snake Moan and I thought it was great too.  The others are on my short list of movies I want to see except Bourne  Disgusted .  Also have no desire to see Transformers  Anonymous

You must add Death Proof to that list though.  Best movie I've seen in awhile.
