Bush's legacy [Politics/Religion]

I'm not going to blame all these events on Dubya, but it's amazing how many "bad things" have occurred under his watch:
- 9/11 attacks - war in Afghanistan - war in Iraq - Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami - Katrina - USD all-time low vs. Euro - CAD nearly equal to USD - oil prices at all-time high - gas prices at an all-time high - all-time highest budget deficits - national debt surpasses $9 trillion for the first time - Red Sox win the World Series (twice)
What else?

The housing market crash. And a lot of high school kids got laid on prom night, but I'm not sure it's correlative.

Crackdown on airport bathroom sex.
Some bull*feces* tax on booze in Pittsburgh to pay for roads. Which really hurts us all, in the long run.

I knew there was an underlying factor. I couldn't figure it out until now. +1

when it's all said and done, the bu$hco presidency, while not solely* attributable to him/his policies (though certainly mostly so) will be marked as the time in history when 'merka deteriorated from the world superpower status to a bottom tier 1st world nation at best.

Damn you Uisce, with your esoteric British history references and your charming Irish wit that American girls get all silly over. Your teeth are straight though, sellout. I'm absolutely positive that there's got to be a picture out there somewhere of that biotch wearing Uggs. Extra karma for whoever finds it.
