when i get them it's in spurts... 4-10 times in a 24-48 hour period....usually 1x a month or so sometime it takes an hour to get rid of them (trying all the known tricks)
is there a rx drug to get rid of them? i could actually use it.

I don't mind the hiccups.
This may not work for you, but whenever I get them, I take a teaspoon of sugar and swallow it as quickly as possible, without letting it dissolve in your mouth. The hiccups stop almost immediately.
Works every time.
