I advertise apt rentals on Craigslist.

Whenever I've posted stuff like that, people have complained and had it removed.  I usually rant about tenants leaving the place of mess and then threatening me with legal action to get their deposits back.  Like I don't know as well as they know that they are one paycheck this side of destitute and hell will freeze over before they have the resources to marshal a fight against my lawyer.

Clive just loves it when Blader gets a tenant who will fight..........Clive thinks to himself....hmmm, I think Bladers fee will be buying me a brand new subaru this week. Grin
