great episode.  spot on about the school/merkan attitude,  the *trollop*- karl sach  relationship is gonna rock ass,  and  as usual, the alan/denny closing throws in a great jab at bu$hco.

Why hasn't the writer's strike affected this show?  They've had new episodes long after everyone else.

yup, and it helped that boston legal gets routinely preempted for 'news' events, etc
