When later questioned by his employers, the man said he was vacuuming his underpants, which was "a common practice in Poland". He has since been fired.

Since there were no children, animals, trees, computer keyboards, or somebody's personal coffee mug involved, I don't see what harm he was doing. Speaking of Minnesota, he probably should have at least brought Henry with him into a bathroom stall.
