No to the toll way or no to the "wiki" style of creating a bill?

I was stuck in that traffic once. If ever a place on earth screams out for a train/mass transit it's the highway out to Summit County from Denver. A great big parking lot for the last 3 miles and one of most colossal wastes of gas I've seen.

In Japan they actually have a "ski train". Leaves Tokyo and the last stop is the mountain. Slicker than *feces*.

I remember going up to Winter Park/Mary Jane Smoking with the high school ski club almost every Sunday during the winter months. It was 20 bucks for the lift ticket and chartered bus ride. I don't recall I-70 ever being that jammed, although the turn-off to Berthoud Pass was well before I-70 reached Summit County.
