I thought the 200 billion dollar Fed dealie has fixed that.  What did that last?  2 days?

so, $200B tax 'prebate', $200B banks bailout,  (pending) net 2% drop in fed funds rate, effective result: minimum 10% inflation of currency in 4 months, and no end to the problem in sight.  brilliant!   factor in with commodities hedging and you'll end 2008 with a 'statement'  inflation rate of 6-7% but you'll feel an inflation rate of about 18%.  hope you're getting a COL adjustment that size
