I make a point of trying to keep hydrated.

Like Stroh, I drink a fair bit of coffee in the morning, and a beer or two Wink in the evening.  Coffee and beer are diuretics, so I take that into consideration with regards to my water intake.

If you include the water they use to make diet coke, then about 44 oz/ day  Wink

I just had a glass and I'm thinking of getting a second very soon. Normally, I try to drink at least a liter and a half at work, and then another couple of glasses at least at home.

About 60oz of H2O a day in the winter and 80oz in the summer.  Plus, 12oz of non-caffeinated tea.
