My Dog Reminded Me Of ...

My larger dog has a head that's about pelvis height (to me, anyway -- hobbit and Whiskey would be more like X-wing fighters looking at the walkers on Hoth).  He has this greeting ritual, wherein he's standing in front of me, tail wagging and eyes smiling, then he suddenly pokes his snout between my legs, does a quick sniff (I guess), and withdraws.  Not that it's not immensely enjoyable, but the mucus stains sometimes are undesirable.  Anyway, he did it this AM, and I was promptly reminded of ...
