A German man has been arrested for being drunk in charge of his horse. The 56-year-old went on a bender in the town of Siegburg, tying up nag, Lucky, outside each saloon. The man was found to be three times over the legal limit by police, and spent a night in the cells.

Riding while intoxicated. Hmm. Enforcing such a law could have the side benefit of reducing the rate of unwanted pregnancies in this country.
