That phone call sucked

My boss just called me to let me know that there is no overtime, period. None to cover vacations, sick people, extra work, etc... If everyone is sick so be it, they run without Equipment Engineering support.

Now we have been going this month for month, no extra overtime but we have still covered vacations. What sucks is night shift runs with 2 people, going down to one is brutal, and if that one gets sick then there is no coverage. This next couple of months is going to be brutal.
