Older woman - younger man = potentially doomed.
Anytime two famous people marry each other = doomed.
Anyone marrying Mariah Carey = doomed well beyond the worst doom you can imagine. The kind of doom that wakes you up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. The kind of doom that lasts for generations in song and story. The kind of doom that turns children silent. Its the way Crockett and Boone must have felt when they peered out of the Alamo at Santa Ana's army - 'yep, we're *fudge*ed'.
