And no one to blame but myself - I made the chili with non-optimal veggies because I was too lazy to goto the store and get fresh ones. That was last night, and as of now I'm still feeling the cold hand of death around my neck. I hope he goes gentle with me - I've been through enough.
Hourly, or less, trips to the restroom to expunge fluids that I cannot believe I have left in my body. My body aches, my head hurts, and my stomach - thats the worst. Trying to muster up the energy to go get some pepto right now. I haven't eaten since last night and do not feel like I can still.

I do have some nice pale ale in the fridge, but I cannot bring myself to open one. Not because I couldn't drink it, but because it would just come out the other end in no time and I cannot bring myself to waste it.  |

Peppers - both green and red. They were just a little soft, not rotten at all - but I've learned a lesson. |

It's hard to believe veggies (or fruits to be botanically correct) would do this to you unless they were contaminated with E. coli or other bacteria. But I would think that the capsaicin would kick the *feces* out of those little bastages. Are you sure you it wasn't the meat that you added or anything else that you ate that day?
