Good question and I have no idea. It's surely no problem whatsoever for a non-felon to get a semi-automatic weapon. Which, by the way, trumps a taser every time.  |

So, are tasers available to the general public in the USA? I don't know if they still are, but a friend and I both had tasers when we delivered pizzas. Handheld deals that you had to press against the assailant -- not the shooting electrode kind. |
