going through the bills today...   account shows 2  -400$ adjustments (as in my account now has a 600+ credit)

hmmmmmmm... what to do.......
what to do....  (considering i spent over 20 hours on the phone with them over the last 6 months on a technical problem that still isn't fully resolved)

Let's see. You receive $800 in credit, but your current balance is -$600. That would mean that your "media services" cost around $200 per month.  Shocked
