On Saturday we are going to a company picnic for the company Darla is going to intern with, then a soccer party for the youngest and on Sunday I am off for the first time (without vacation) in 8 years and we will be going to a baseball party for the oldest. And for the record I am on day 2 of my 5 day weekend while I transition to my new hours.

Hmmmmm - here goes...... Playing a soccer game Friday - followed by my buddies band playing at a club close to my house. Late nighter, sleep in. Saturday - golf. Lots of range time at a minimum, and round to follow likely. Not sure about Saturday evening. Sunday - more golf, followed by taking GammaPi's money for the nassau. Sunday night - poker game. I like the lineup!  |

Hmmmmm Sunday - more golf, followed by taking GammaPi's money for the nassau. Sunday night - poker game. I like the lineup! Did I miss the news flash that hell is freezing over and Cheney put down his war talons?  Friday: Work a bit, then mow to make the sward look mahvalous for the community garden tour that will be parading down our cul-de-sac to gawk at the neighbor's house. Then head out for the course to practice. Grilling dinner for son, daughter and her b/f. Watch a sci-fi Netflix movie that SWMBO (out of town) would never sit for. Saturday: Golf, first match-play match. Return home (hopefully triumphant and jubilant) to throw rocks at the parading suburban assault vehicles that run their sward destroying tires across my carefully and expensively tended sward. Watch another sci-fi Netflix movie that SWMBO would never sit for. Nirvana is close. Sunday: Add more Benjamins to the Jackass Fund Envelope and send the Hobbit home with his tail between his legs. My goal is that he won't have enough left for poker and he'll end up staying home and cleaning the garage. Nirvana is achieved.  |
