Giraffe anyone??

An Israeli rabbi has declared giraffe to be kosher, although observant Jews are unlikely to clamour for such exotic food. It is considered ritually pure because it has a cloven hoof and chews the cud, and its milk forms curds. "Indeed, the giraffe is kosher for eating," the rabbi says.
