Christ, why is it every time Utah makes national news it's for something like this?  Bangs Head

For the record, Kanab is about as backwater as one can get in this here backwater state of ours. My guess is they're only looking at revising the rule because the town council figured out what it would cost to issue a burkha to everyone who wanted to use the pool.
