I'm not much for spending money on jewelry, so just my chastity ring.  My aunt did give me a small diamond ring, but I don't wear it very often.

I'm a minimalist - no jewelry at all.  I had one of the new-wave-hippie necklaces in college - that was all.



Props however, are a different story.  I've only tried the c0c$ ring once - was as uncomfortable as Clive in a straight bar.  No desire to attempt again.
