Saw Joe at Oak Mountain in Birmingham in about '90 or so.  He did that song exactly the same way.   LMAO.

SRV opened.  Dead within a week IIRC.

I've heard that song at woodstock a gazillion times, I've seen that footage a gazillion times, I guess I never realized how much the lyrics were so garbled and twisted until I read/heard the you tube version.

Cocker/SRV would have been a great show. I was of course at the former workplace when we got the news of the crash.  Sad
