To be honest I was hoping he would pick up another major or two this year setting up a real chance to tie Jack at the 2009 PGA just down the street.  Cool

least i'll be able to pick up sum cheap tickets for this years PGA championship 8.2 miles from my house.  Wink

Unfortunately I probably won't be able to say the same thing next year when it's 2.9 miles from my house.  Wink

Susan and I bought two passes for the 2002 PGA. It was something I highly recommend doing at least once. But.....Sunday morning my buddy and I went out and sat at the 6th green. We left for home when the last players were on the back 9. Fighting 30-40,000 people to watch a few guys play is nuts.

Much preferred going to the practice rounds and heading over for one of the first two rounds. A lot more spread out.

I have been known to sing for booze.

I think one of the reasons that I've never been invited to a corporate tent is that they know I'd never leave. Or that I really don't know anyone who could get me into a corporate tent.

been to the buick open several times. they do all of their parking off site and use shuttle buses, works out really well. due to the location of oakland hills i would expect much the same.  Smiley
