Sadly, my "Tin Cup" moment occured in a bunker. 2 day stroke play tournament, I'm leading by 4 shots after day one. Playing decent golf day 2 until I hit into a bunker on the 14th hole. Eleven shots later, I got it out. Carded a smooth 14 on the hole. The pro asked me how I made a 14. Told him it was simple, I lipped the putt for a 13. Lost the overall by 6 strokes.  |

Thankfully no but once on a par3 I put the first in the water, third into a bunker, 3 shots to get out, then proceded to 4 putt. Nothing like a 10 on a par 3.

no, but i started my last round quad,quad,double before adjusting back into my usual bogey/par/bogey/bogey/par/par/double type pattern. --- and the 1st quad came from hitting 4 to get out of the greenside bunker--- which was much more like mud than sand. i should have just hit back out into the fairway behind me. |

I went 50-42 for a smooth 92 yesterday. Normally shoot 80-82. I probably chunked/skulled 12 wedge shots.   |
