Good looking family too. Does she agree with opening up drilling up there? (having 5 kids I would say yes) But seriously where does she stand with the drilling of oil? Would she be a good choice? Probably no worse then any other candidate. But then what do I know about politics. |

Pretty sure you don't get elected to ANYTHING of any significance in Alaska if you're not for drilling and mining everything in sight (NTTAWWT), but yes she is very pro-drilling and energy development. That said, she's made some inroads by firing some of the more egregiously corrupt officials out there and having the gall to suggest that if mining interests need roads to their mines, they should probably pay for them. Also managed to veto legislation that would have stopped state benefits for same **** couples, but it had to with the the constitutionality of said legislation as much as anything. |
