 Starting with 2.5 miles each way train station to work. Some nightly road work and some fire road working up to single track on the weekends. Goal is to get to the point where I'm also riding 6-7 to and fro train station on this end. It's all uphill in the evening though.  I was devastatingly buff and handsome as a youth. I'll be there again by Halloween bitches. Book it. |

 It was 18 months ago when I got serious about being just old and ugly. Started with cycling, then running. Fast forward to today and a Fuzzy who is 25 pounds lighter and in pretty damn good shape. Ride on UB! Plus, the Tour de France is on every night for motivation. Just don't try to pull off the spandex at this stage.
