1st of all, *fudge* you BBC/TNT/ABC  for not making this in HD.
2nd of all, *fudge* you ABC for advertising that your upconvert wide SD  is HD.  i hope someone sues you
3rd of all, course looks great -- weather not so much
4th of all, nice to see a bunch of players out there instead of just focusing on 1 player *cough cough*


amazing that greg norman is at par about halfway through the round.  Shocked
phil mickboobs destorys his chances with a day 1   79.

6th hole,par4, 2 birdies, 23 pars, 83+ bogeys.   Shocked

Actually this is pretty typical of BBC/British. If this was one of the other three majors you probably wouldn't be as happy.  Smiley

Actually, the Open is my preferred Major to watch.

Firstly the telecast is on at a normal hour (10pm) instead of the ungodly hours that were subjected to with the others (4am).

&

Secondly, the commentary usually isn't full of the inane crap that gets regurgitated during the US Open, Masters and the PGA.
