There have been a few days this summer I've worn shorts into the office.

But then my office is just downstairs in the house so...... Tongue

My 11 year old just walked up and saw these pictures. I asked her what she thought about me wearing something like that to work and she said (after the obligatory rolling of her eyes), "You would look like an idiot. It's kind of stupid."

You know, I've just mentally traced back through my work history.  I have NEVER worn shorts to work.  (Unless you count a paper route as work, that is.)

I would wear shorts to work but in my line of work I am on my knees alot (insert random BJ joke as you wish) so I mostly wear jeans. Also if I have to go downstairs in the basement there are some chemical hazards and again shorts would be a bad thing.

That's twice this week you've mentioned the fact the your line of work requires you to be on your knees alot.

Generally, that would suggest some kind of denial about something.... Shocked
