actually, its a bit more info


for example, if dystopia, under this scheme,  ran golfhos, and didn't do background checks on us, AND check every post we make...   could be liable for $300,000 fines

if you run your own website, and someone hacks it and posts something illegal, you'd! be liable, etc


this is the death of the internet as we know it except for the biggest of corporations whose revenue etc  exceed their liability.


even then, say walmart is losing to target,   floods targets  product review pages with links to kiddie pr0n.   walmart  makes target s.u.t.c.



stupid.!
