Before the start of the season, all undrafted players are placed on waivers, with those left unclaimed then being treated as free agents. You can find out the length of the waiver period for your league by clicking the "Settings" link on your league home page.

(our settings)
Waiver Time:      2 days
Post Draft Players:    Follow Waiver Rules


If more than one manager claims the same player, the team that's highest on the Waiver Priority List is given the rights to the player.

The priority list is initially set based on the reverse of the draft order. However, each time a team is awarded a player via waivers, that team is pushed to the back of the list.

So it looks like the post-draft waiver period is over.  Now all undrafted players are free agents, so they can be obtained immediately instead of having to go through the waiver process.
