This is news to me.  I've been out on chautauqua. 

Looks like I just won $5 off of Blader Jr, since I bet him the Falcons would keep home boy DJ Shockley over Harrington, in a transparent play to shore up the base of season ticket holders who come out on Sundays to observe the 3rd string QB's headphone and clipboard skills.

Joey is a member at my golf club.  I saw him around a bit this summer, but never really chatted or played a round with him, though Blader Jr has, along with several guys I know quite well.  From what I hear, Joey sounds to be a great guy, a first class professional. 

After an exhaustive intergoogle, I surmise the Raven's QB situation is as f'd up as the Falcons last year. 

Harrington will give the Ravens much needed experience in f'd up QB situations.  That's Joey's specialty. 

For example, he, a classic drop back QB, played behind an O-line last year built for a run and gun offense.  Joey is no Micheal Vick, and did about as well as you could expect.

Weird how careers seem to get caught up in the spin of such vortices.

The freaqn QB carousel in Bmore never stops.  Harrington not signed but Bouman was.
