Just got back from spending an evening with a few of the non-imaginary friends that I have - dinner at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, with some comedic fun at the Funny Farm Comedy Club afterward. It was a wonderful evening with 9 of my dearest friends, my wife included, celebrating my 40th.
A great night! Getting older is pretty damned cool - I am the same stupid sob I was 23 years ago, though now 23 years older.
Life is good. Friends are great - real and imaginary. You folks keep me somewhat sane when I don't get out much - a pretty commonplace theme in my life.
