I'm gonna say this about Shanahan. Everyone is saying the 2pt play at the end of the game was risky, blah blah blah. SD could not stop the pass. Cutler was throwing at will. Why not go for 2? They had a better chance of making a pass then the kicking the EP.

Just got home from work.  Listened on the radio.  What a game so far.

I only "heard" the touchdown deal where he spiked it too soon.  How did it look?  Douche?

yeh, this is more reasonable than the other story i heard on radio "he felt guilty about the fumble and wanted to give the chargers a chance to stop them and win it".   if he felt guilty about it he could have just had the kicker flub it.

Funny thing about this game. I am in class tonight and before we go on break at 8:30 central, some guy says "*fudge*". Everyone heard him but the instructor. So during break several people gather around his computer. He had been watching the game, and saw either the fumble or the interception. Does it really matter, it was FUNNY!
