Good.  He can have Texas.  Good luck with that.

Maybe someone in Florida can do the same thing.  Make it hell of a lot easier.

Isn't it actually the STATE party that files?

Theoretically, the Texas State Democratic Party could nominate anyone they wanted to regardless of what the NATIONAL party does.
