Judge dismisses case of discrimination suit over Ladies Night.


Does anyone here see this as anything but discrimination?  This has been a burr under my saddle for years.

It's discrimination plain and simple.  How far do you think free drinks from 9 to 12 on Wednesdays for white people only would go?

Happy hour buffet 1/2 price for those under 150 pounds.

Seriously.

A lot of places have recognized it and changed to things like "lipstick night", but the ones who still host true ladies night........hate!

I get the whole business model, and the Jimmy Dean Convention if the reverse were applied.

I can not believe this has not been Constitutionally challenged.

 

I'm all for any policy that fosters the impairment of a lady's judgment. I'm just sayin'.
