My guess is no.

The real question:

Will Obama do the right thing and release Lynndie England and her co defendants from prison?

It's not 'Quite Another Thing': Humiliation of a ****ual nature was a technique pioneered at Gitmo well before the Abu Gharib 'Scandal'.

The ONLY difference is that the photo's got into the US press because some Sp4 did the right *goshdarn* thing.

If a tree falls in the forest, it falls. PERIOD. Whether CNN shows the video of it falling makes not one whit of difference.

We made the decision that the old rules didn't apply, and these were the new rules.
